Comstock offers two types of catalogs - "PAPER" catalog which features the Top Card Sellers in the Comstock, West Graphics and Krack Ups lines plus all Naughty Nudes and BoyTown News; the best giftbags, coupons books and novelty products. Our "DIGITAL" catalog comes on CD and features for all our products - everyday and seasonal. When ordering a catalog, you will receive the following on the CD - catalog and any supplements, best sellers lists and a current price sheet. Catalogs and price sheets are updated monthly for product availability and price changes; best seller list are updated quarterly.
Catalogs can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat. It can be downloaded HERE if you do not have it on your computer.
Individuals may purchase a catalog for a small fee.

Prices shown on the site when you are just browsing and have NOT set up an account OR logged in are individual RETAIL prices. If you are a RETAIL STORE/DISTRIBUTOR - you must set up an account to see your pricing. Cards are priced in 6/packs - all other products (giftbags, tissue, games, etc) are for individual pieces.
To set up an account - click on the MY ACCOUNT link. click on the CONTINUE in the NEW CUSTOMER section and follow the instructions. (The birthday requirement is for special deal during your birthday month).
Once you have signed up for an account - an email will be sent to you with you password. Click on the link provided in the email to log in and change your password. Any items you may have put in your cart will still be there. Comstock also received an email of all new accounts and IF you are a retail store, staff will change your account to the correct CUSTOMER TYPE (wholesale, distributor, drop-shipper - retail is default) for correct pricing and terms (for current Net30 Customers).
IF you create an account during non-office hours, be assured that when the order is processed, your account will receive the correct pricing.

Comstock offers the following payment terms: CREDIT CARD - CMP accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. This is our PREFERRED METHOD of payment. We will no longer offer COD to new customers. COD is still available for established customers with a history; NET TERMS will only be offered to current established customers and for new customers, on a case by case basis ONLY, with credit approval - click HERE

RETAIL CUSTOMERS: The only form of payment accepted is credit card, money orders or PayPal. We do not accept checks. Freight is paid by the customer.
Customers who maintain 48 different everyday designs - across a single or all lines - are qualified to be a member of our Preferred Customer Program.
This program entitles members to return prvileges four(4) times per year - including seasonal; 10% off all products.
Members who buy direct through Comstock and pay with a credit card may enjoy higher discounts and special "/Member-Only/" sales.
Members must place at least 3 orders during the year to stay qualified.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call either your Sales Associate or our office to get a Return Authorization Number. This number must be on the outside of the box as well as an ITEMIZED list on the inside of the box with your company name, the RA# and a list containing the following information: style number, quantity returning and price.
Customers are responsible for freight charges on return shipments; any returns sent freight collect will be refused.
No credit will be issued for merchandise that has been stickered or damaged.�When returning greeting cards, envelopes must be returned as well. A return WITHOUT an itemized list will be assessed a 20% restocking fee in addition to any discounts already received. Boxed Cards and discontinued merchandise are not returnable.
Seasonal merchandise must be returned during the following time period - Christmas by January 25; Valentine by March 15.
Comstock do not give refunds unless we made a error in processing.�
